The shop assistant/Supervisor shall be responsible to run a small bakery shop and shall make sure that customers are satisfied and that the shop runs smoothly.
Job Description
- Organize the day-to-day activities at the shop in such a way that the operations run smoothly
- Assist the manager in the organization of operations and ensure that the HACCP principals and regulations are followed to the full
- Make sure that there are enough supplies in stock and that stock is used in a first in first out system.
- Ensure that the shop is clean and presentable, and that all equipment are fully functional and with the correct temperatures
- Ensure that the customers are satisfied with the service being provided
- Open and close cash
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are abided to Ensure that clients’ orders are prepared on time
- Any other task as required by Management
- Ensure that everyone working in the shop follow the correct use of hygiene practices.
