Job Description
- Provide Roadside Assistance services while making use of the Company’s roadside assistance vehicles and equipment.
- Driving the Company’s Vehicle
- Attend to service call-outs as dispatched by the company Call Centre
- Maintain good Customer Care relation with clients
- Occasionally involves cash handling
- Using the Company’s App provided on the Company’s PDA
- Adhere to Company’s Policies & Procedures while on duty and not performing callouts assist with day-to-day requirements (including but not limited with the upkeep of the premises)
