The IT administrator needs to manage the Company’s computer infrastructure and supervising the IT department. The IT Administrator will be upgrading and installing hardware and software, performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining networks and servers.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining network servers.
- Creating user accounts and performing access control.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent threats. Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data. Developing data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Supervising and mentoring the IT Department, the employees, as well as providing IT Support.
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet companies’ objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, information technology, information systems or similar.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Leadership, organizational and time management skills.
- Problem solving skills. Good communication skills.
